Who is Lundgren & Mezzicani Srl ?



The founder and owner of Lundgren & Mezzicani Srl, Robert Lundgren, has finally made his dream come true... starting a multicultural consultant company. By L&M Srl, the customers get a very personal service and will take benefit from the huge cultural and language knowledge the company offer.

Robert Lundgren, a Danish citizen aged 42, raised in Sweden, and a resident in Italy since 1993, with more than 15 years of experience in strategic management, sales, marketing, HR, education and communication. This has made him a strong entrepreneur, coach and consultant.

Robert Lundgren is highly educated in different fields, among others: Sct. Petri Humanistic High School in Malmö, Sweden, The Malmö Borgarskola Shipping Education, Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Business Management degree education from Wharton University, Philadelphia, USA. Furthermore, during 2008 Robert Lundgren completed several national and international courses in coaching, empathy, positive psycholgy and active meditation.

At the age of 26, Robert Lundgren received the opportunity to found the new subsidiary of Danish Medicotest in Italy on his own. According to Robert Lundgren himself, the experiences gained from the early beginnings as a salesman, and later on as General Manager and Vice President of Sales for this publicly quoted Multinational Corporation, have provided him with more strength and ballast than any of the many national and international educations he has completed. He compares this with the process of learning how to swim:”You have to learn it in the water and not on the beach”.

He has expanded his knowledge with solid project management experience, for example through launches of new business areas, employee recruitment, and growth focus. As an entrepreneur in 1997, he obtained his first agency registration with the Chamber of Commerce in Milan, and in 1999 the management and consulting company Euroconsulting2000 sas was founded in Milan. This company has now successfully become an integrated part of Lundgren & Mezzicani Srl. The finalization of the fusion between Medicotest and Ambu in 2002, as well as the takeover of the Italian distribution of Physio Control, has furthermore strengthened the solid foundation of L&M Srl today.

Finally, Robert Lundgren is widely employed as a guest speaker within different contexts home and abroad, and he has taken part in film productions on cultural differences and on entrepreneurship in- and outside Italy:

 Robert Lundgren has decided to resign from his position as General Manager of Ambu Italy as of October the 1st. 2009, in order to focus on Ambu sales in Italy, and coaching their staff in Italy and abroad.
